About this program
These terms apply to the Toppoint Driver Recruiting SMS program operated by Toppoint Inc. The program provides driver recruitment communications to individuals who choose to receive them. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include available driver opportunities, invitations to apply, application follow-ups, interview arrangements, and answers to recruitment questions. A message about an opportunity is not an offer or guarantee of employment or an independent contractor engagement.
Your consent
Enrollment requires your express consent to receive the described SMS messages from Toppoint. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase, submitting an application, or employment consideration. Providing a phone number, submitting a general resume to a third-party job board, or viewing these terms does not by itself enroll you in this program. Only provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use, and tell us if your number changes.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on available opportunities, your application activity, and your interactions with our recruiting team. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges are your responsibility; contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Stop receiving messages
Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also contact us using the details below for assistance with an opt-out request. Opting out of SMS does not by itself withdraw an employment application.

Privacy

Delivery and availability
Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network availability. Delivery timing is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Toppoint may update these terms or modify or discontinue the program. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date. Changes do not authorize messages outside the scope of your consent; additional consent will be obtained where required.
