Privacy Policy

Toppoint Inc. | Driver Recruiting & SMS Privacy
Effective September 17, 2026

This section explains how Toppoint Inc. handles personal information for driver recruitment, inquiries, and the Toppoint Driver Recruiting SMS program. The website privacy information below also applies where relevant. If it conflicts with this section regarding mobile information or SMS consent, this section controls.

Recruitment and contact information

Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, location, work experience, qualifications, application details, and communications with us. We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate applications, discuss relevant driver opportunities, and manage recruitment communications. Candidate information may also come from recruitment platforms. Access to a candidate profile does not by itself establish consent to receive Toppoint SMS messages.

SMS consent and use

The Toppoint Driver Recruiting SMS program is for people who expressly agree to receive text messages from Toppoint about driver opportunities and related recruiting communications. Depending on your consent, messages may include job opportunities, application follow-ups, interview arrangements, and responses to recruiting questions. We use your phone number, message history, and consent and opt-out records to administer the program and respect your preferences. Providing a telephone number or visiting this website does not by itself enroll you in SMS. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase, applying for a position, or employment consideration.

Message frequency varies based on available opportunities and your interactions with our recruiting team. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information and consent are not shared for marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, mobile information, or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferable to other businesses. Service providers that help us deliver messages or administer our recruitment communications may process this information only to provide those services on our behalf, not for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law.

Your choices and support

Reply STOP to a Toppoint program message to unsubscribe. After an opt-out, you may receive one confirmation message, and further program messages will stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Sales@toppointtrucking.com or (551) 866-1320. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your recruitment information, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Retention and external websites

Recruitment and messaging information is retained as needed for the purposes described here, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and honoring opt-out requests. Third-party job boards and linked websites have their own privacy policies. Their policies do not replace this policy or your choice about receiving messages from Toppoint.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
